Our mission is to:

(1) Represent Scouts of China participate in world scouting related organizations and movements.
(2) Protect the honor of the Scouts of China and scouting fundamentals.
(3) Define the organizations and classifications of the Scouts of China.
(4) Formulate training direction and advancement programs of the Scouts of China.
(5) Formulate the uniforms and badges of the Scouts of China.
(6) Promote scouting methodology and movements.
(7) Advise for work and programs of members of TGASC.
(8) Direct national movements of TGASC.
(9) Direct international affairs and movements of TGASC.
(10) Advise oversea Chinese scouting according to rules of World Scout Bureau.
