The newly elected Chairman & Chief Commissioner, Mr. Wen-tsan Cheng just approved his appointment.Dr. Yang will assume his office from 18 June 2022.
Dr. Yang is a current member of APR Scout committee. As a true and dedicate scout, he is very familiar with international Scouting and had attended many world events including World jamborees and World Scout Conferences. We have no doubt Yun-chin will advance our relationships with every NSOs in our Region.
Our Scout Association also expresses our sincere appreciation to Dr. Ie-Bin Lian, the outgoing International Commissioner, for his service for the past 10 years.
