Inauguration Ceremony for the National Scout Council 2022-2025

President Tsai, Ing-Wen graced the inauguration ceremony for the National Scout Council 2022-2025 on 24 July in Taipei. She expressed her appreciations to Mr. Lin, Yu-Chang, the outgoing Chairman and Chief Commissioner and all the members of National Scout Council for the great effort and contribution to Scouting during the tenue of 2016-2022.
She also wishes the best luck for the new Chairman and Chief Commissioner, Mr. Cheng, Wen-Tsan and encourages him to lead the Scouting in Taiwan to a new era and let the World see the development of Scouting in Taiwan.
Mr. Cheng, Wen-Tsan also presented the certificate of appointment to National Training Commissioner and chairperson of various national committee, like National Rover and Youth Committee, National Committee on Gender Equity, etc.
