Mr. Wen-Tsan Cheng, Chairman & Chief Commissioner, presided the meeting and had a fruitful discussion on the preparation of 12th National Jamboree, and the draft regulation on membership registration.
This is the first in-person meeting with Secretary Generals from local councils after the Pandemic. The last meeting was held in December 2021.
The purpose of the National Secretary General meeting is to communicate national policy or events with local councils. The meeting used to be hold 3 or 4 times in a year.
